In 2016, Stefanos Chrysafis started offering his apprenticeships on the Couture House Konstantinos Melis by Laskos. Working very close to the creative director he gave him the opportunity to design a new menswear collection for the house and sell to the boutique after the launching of the campaign. Inspiration comes from "Amish" community and their special lifestyle in the central America. The Amish are known for the simple living, plain dresses and reluctance to adopt many conveniences of modern technology. A collection all made by sustainable fabrics, organic cottons and silkies. The campaign starred by Barbara Kozlowska which she was on the catwalk for Saint Laurent and Rick Owens F/W16 and other top models. That was the last collection for the house with the name "Konstantinos Melis by Laskos" since after 10 years of working together they are now on separate paths. Stefanos Chrysafis continued working for the House for the rebranding.Developing design concepts, haute couture and bridal design, technical and hand drawing sketches everyday, moulage, draping and technique samples, evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date. Working with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, monitoring brand campaigns, marketing communications and supervising production process.
